Color: intense and luminous garnet red
Bouquet: bouquet rich in personality, notes of fruit in alchool and spicy, liquorice roots, ginger, with the classical mineral nuance and an excellent dash of freshness.
Tasting notes: rich, full and round with elegant and fine tannins and a light acid note. Enticing.

Vinyard: Capalot vinyard, La Morra, Piedmont
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Ageing: 50% in French oak barriques (1/3 of which is new) and 50% in large Slavonia oak barrels for 24 months.
Color: intense garnet red
Tasting notes: Fascinating aromas of red fruits, blackberries and plum, elegant notes of vanilla and a hint of mint follow through to a full body, with noble tannins and an excellent finish. Aftertaste of fruit, vanilla and leather.
Meditation wine, delicious now but can age well past 18-20 years.

Appellation: Morellino di Scansano DOCG
Grape variety: Sangiovese 100%. Certified organic wine
Ageing: 15-18 months in steel vats, 3-6 months in the bottle
Color: Brilliant ruby red
Tasting notes: Notes of small, black-berried fruits, red flowers and ripe-cherry. Fresh on the palate, with hints of ripe, dark fruits with a pleasant and persistent taste, thanks to the good acidity and naturals tannins.

Vinyard: Hills of Briona, N. Piedmont
Grape variety: Nebbiolo and a small amount of Vespolina and Uva Rara
Appearance: Intense ruby red color tending towards garnet red.
Nose: Enveloping bouquet with notes of liquorice, red fruits and spices.
Palate: Tasty and dry, with a pleasant roundness thanks to the soft, aromatic tannins that give it a pleasant, velvety and persistent finish.
Pairing: Served at 18°C, this wine is excellent with red meats, wild game and sharp cheeses.

Grape variety: 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.

Nose: Intense fragrances of fruit (red fruits such as raspberry and currant, black fruits such as blueberry and blackberry) blending perfectly with spicy flavors (coffee, liquorice and star anise).

Vinyard: Sunny hills of the Calore river valley, Avellino, Campania.
Grape variety: 100% Aglianico Taurasi.
Ageing: In French-oak barriques for 12-18 months months; refining in bottle after third year.
Appearance: Deep burgundy with sparkling shades of red.
Nose: Ethereal, complex, with notes of licorice and vanilla against a refined background of berries. Tertiary features are well highlighted, pleasantly balsamic with red pepper and exotic spice.
Palate: Full bodied. Dry, rounded, harmonic, with an intense and persistent aftertaste, reminiscent of sour black cherries and berries. Complex, long-lasting and all embracing.
