Bouquet: A kaleidoscope of soft and refined notes of blackcurrants, wild cherries in alcohol, chocolate, tobacco, cloves, black pepper and Mediterranean shrubs, all of which bring this unique bouquet to life.
Taste: Slightly sweet, silky, harmonious, uniquely elegant with a generous taste and extraordinary long and complex finish.

Vinyard: Hilly sunny lands dominating the Calore river valley (the “Jumara”) in
Irpinia, Campania.
Grape variety: 100% Aglianico Taurasi.
Ageing: 6 to 8 months in wooden barrels and at least 3 months refining in the bottle.
Appearance: Ruby-red tending towards garnet.
Nose: Intense, persistent, with an unmistakable taste of sour black cherries, elegantly
blended with the mild essense of wood.
Palate: Full, harmonic, with a strong structure, broad and agreeably tannic.

of small red berries and typical spicy notes. Structured and full-bodied taste with an excellent acidic balance and persistent tannins.
