Ageing: Maturation in medium Slavonian oak barrel for 20 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Color: Ruby red.
Nose: Violets, plums and blackberry notes followed by a mix of dark spices and orange peel.
Palate: Ripe and intense morello cherries with round tannins and a precise fruit core. A perfumed finish of good length.

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Ageing: In French oak barrels (tonneaux - 1/3 of which are new) for 24 months.
Color: Intense garnet red
Tasting notes: Intense and elegant nose with hints of ripe fruits, apricot and blackberries. Delicate vanilla nuances and licorice.
Full-bodied, warm and well balanced with soft tannins. Meditation wine, delicious now but can age up to 20-25 years.

Vinyard: Contrada Madranova, Camporeale, Sicily
Grape variety: 100% Nero d'Avola. Certified organic wine.
Ageing: 6 months in the steel tanks, while a portion continues ageing for 6 months in large oak casks.
Color: Dark ruby red with lively and bright hues.
Bouquet: Donnatà is an aromatic and distinct wine, where fragrant and clear notes of blackberry, cherry, Mediterranean shrubs, nutmeg and chocolate vie with each other.
Taste: Donnatà has a striking and complex personality, which generously expresses its Sicilian origins by being particularly well-balanced and pleasurable to drink.

Ageing: At least 3 months in the bottle.
Appearance: Ruby red with a touch of cherry.
Nose: Rich, persistent, with an unmistakable flair of red fruits and purple violets, accompanied by a touch of balsamic herbs and Mediterranean spices.
Palate: Fresh, harmonic, lively and full-bodied with a touch of mixed berries and cherry.
Finely tannic.

Pairing: Served at 18°C, this wine is excellent with red meats and cured meats.
