Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Nose: Rich, fruity and floral.
Palate: Dry and supple with a delicate freshness and a pleasant aftertaste, making it very enjoyable to drink.
Pairing: Served at 8-10°C, this wine is ideal with appetizers and fish plates.
Recognitions: Winner of Douja D'Or 2014, 2013 and 2012 (national DOC and DOCG wine competition); Awarded the golden calice at the 2012 Calice D'oro del Alto Piemonte Wine Competition.

Vinyard: vineyard in the Bosco Faiano locality of Torre Le Nocelle(AV), Campania.
Grape variety: Greco, Fiano and Coda di Volpe.
Ageing: In small European oak barrels (barriques) with fermentation yeast for 6 - 8 months.
Appearance: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Delicate, elegant but persistent, with a hint of vanilla, roasted almonds, ripe yellow fruits and citrus peel.
Palate: Dry and soft, glycolic, mineral.

Bouquet: Overwhelming with its fresh notes of grapefruit, papaya, mango and passion fruit that is evenly balanced with the more delicate white peach and elderflower.
Taste: Mineral, almost salty at first, which evolves into and powerful, long and well-balanced finish with a touch of sweetness.

Tasting notes: Wine of great character, out of the ordinary, an intense straw yellow color tending towards gold, enveloping olfactory notes of apricot and white pepper, expressing a highly complex aroma. On the palate it has excellent body with tasty tannins and a long and mellow finish.

Vinification: dried to raisins for 40 days before pressing; after fermentation, 12 months aging in small oak barrels.
Appearance: Golden yellow color.
Nose: Intense and delicate bouquet of wild flowers with hints of dry fig and ripe apricot.
Palate: Not exceedingly sweet, with ripe fruit (apricot, pear), dates and dry fig aromas.
