Vinyard: Contrada Madranova, Camporeale, Sicily
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon blanc. Certified organic wine.
Ageing: 6 months in tonneaux barrels made of 70% acacia and 30% oak.
Color: Straw-yellow with bright green reflections.
Bouquet: Typical aromas of Sauvignon blanc such as lime, passion fruit, grapefruit, lavender and elder flower.
Taste: Fresh, elegant, sapid and persistent with a satisfying finish that is reminiscent of almonds.
